In most cases a valid mobile number (a number capable of receiving text messages) exists in an account and will ALSO receive text messages, however there are certain scenarios where this does not happen. Such factors include: 

  • Age Verification on a keyword
  • Keyword Deletion
  • TCPA deactivation for TRS use


If one of these scenarios is in place in the account, it can cause the two sets of numbers to be different from one another.
