The “Aggregator Blacklisted” total on the Mobile Summary report indicates:
- Mobile numbers on a blocklist with the carrier/aggregator
- Any mobile number that has had 3 delivery failures in the last 45 days
Note: From time to time the aggregators will update their records, and this can cause a spike in mobiles on the Aggregator Blacklist.
