When a customer opts out of a campaign by replying with a recognized stop command such as "STOP", "QUIT", "CANCEL", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "REMOVE", the system will opt them out of the latest campaign that sent them a message AND globally opt them out of all messaging for the account ONLY. 


The system will also recognize other common stop requests, including but not limited to:

can you please remove me

can you please stop texting me

can you please unsubscribe me

can you remove me

do not text
