Disclaimer Language Beneath Mobile Field - The language beneath the mobile field, cannot be hidden. By default, it appears on all forms that are linked to a mobile campaign. The only way to remove it is to not link the form to a mobile campaign.
Disclaimer Language in the Footer - The disclaimer language in the footer appears by default for all accounts where TCPA is on, and this language cannot be removed or edited. However, it can be obscured. To obscure it requires making some changes to the form itself using the Footer menu.
- Change the font color of the footer text to match the background of the form.
- Enter a period " . " into the terms & conditions label to remove the default reference.
- If a form is used for a purpose that does not require disclaimer language, then be sure to revise the ACCEPT check box language to something more appropriate for the use case.
