The platform enables users to delete contacts from an imported file, making it easy to remove segments of the database in bulk. Follow the steps below to delete contacts from an imported file.

Step 1.

Go to Contacts, then click on Import Contacts and import a CSV file of the mobile numbers to be deleted. 

Once the file has finished importing, a Delete Icon will appear next to the entry.

Step 2.

Click the Delete icon next to the desired file.

< < CAUTION > > - Clicking the delete icon and confirming will delete the contacts on the selected file!

Step 3.

Click the OK button to confirm the deletion of the contacts.
