Step 1.

Click Contacts from the main menu.

Step 2.

Click View Settings.

Step 3.

Specify the order in which you would like the data fields to be displayed. The numbers correspond to columns in a sequence (ex: 1 = left most column, 24 = right most column). Leave empty/hidden fields blank.

Step 4.

Click the Submit View Settings button to save your settings.
