Mobile Search allows you to conduct a quick look up of a mobile number to see recent sent and received messages, as well as contact details such as opt-in status, and links to other accounts the phone number is associated with*.

To conduct a mobile search:

Step 1.

Click the Contacts button in the main menu

Step 2.

Click the Mobile Search button in the upper right-hand corner of the Contacts page.

Step 3.

Enter the desired phone number (without special characters) in the field provided then click Start Search.

Step 4.

Once the pop up refreshes with the contact’s details you can scroll through the thread of recent messages; click buttons to see all sent & received messages; and view all accounts associated with the phone number *
