Step 1.

Click Contacts from the main menu.

Step 2.

Locate and click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner of the page. 

Step 3. 

Click View Settings. Then, use the fields provided to specify the order in which you would like the data fields to be displayed. The numbers correspond to columns in a sequence (ex: 1 = left most column, 24 = right most column). Leave empty/hidden fields blank.

Step 4.

Click the Submit View Settings button to save your settings.
