The View Contacts page displays the account's entire database. From this page a user can export all contacts, as well as view, edit, clear, and delete individual contacts


Note: The View Contacts page will display all contact profiles except for deleted contacts.






ACCESSING THE VIEW CONTACTS PAGE


Step 1.

Click Contacts from the main menu.




Step 2.

Click View Contacts.




 



This page displays the database for the account as well as columns activated in the View Settings. To export the database, locate and click the EXPORT button in the upper right hand corner of the page. Click the gear icon to customize the Database or Modify the View Settings.

CONTACT PROFILE OVERVIEW - VIEWING & EDITING


To view and edit a contact profile, click the edit icon for the desired contact from within the View Contacts menu




Contact Information - This section contains information that has been collected about the contact, including the mobile, carrier, and special notes. 



The top of this section displays a card with either a blue or pink background depending on the status of the contact. It also displays other information about when the contact was created, the source of the mobile when it was 1st entered into the account, and more. 

  • Blue Background = Globally Opted-In Contact that can receive messages from opt-in campaigns
  • Pink Background = Globally Opted-Out Contact that cannot receive any messages. 


The remainder of the Contact Information displays the active standard and custom database fields as well as a section for Special Notes. 





View Contacts Tool Bar



  • Send Message - Use this button to send the contact an individual message.
  • View Sent - Use this button to generate a Sent Log report for the contact's mobile. 
  • View Received - Use this button to generate a Received Log report for the contact's mobile.
  • Delete - This button will delete the contact from the account's database.
  • Clear - This button will clear the contact's information from the account's database, including campaigns and loyalty data.


Note - Deleting a contact does not opt them out of message nor does it clear the collected information from the the system. Deleting simply removes the contact from view and prevents them from being messaged. 





Campaign Management - This section lists campaigns in which the contact has opted-in or opted-out, including DATE JOINED, OPT-IN COUNT (aka Loyalty Progress), & OPT-IN SOURCE.



Click the magnifying glass icon under Opt-in Count to view the kiosk activity recorded for the contact including kiosk names, total check-ins, total rewards, and total redemptions.






Manage Target Lists - Use this section to manually add a contact to a Target List, and view the lists where the contact has been manually added








Anniversary Clubs - This section only appears for accounts where an Anniversary Club has been created. Use the available options to manually add a contact to an Anniversary Club.
