The Sent Log is a great place to start when verifying and troubleshooting message delivery.  If Delivery Reports are supported for your short code and the specific mobile carrier, you can get relevant information on the ultimate delivery of your messages.


To access the Sent Log, click Reports from the platform menu, then click Sent Log.



The log can be filtered by Date Range, Keyword, Message, Mobile Number, Carrier, & Cost.




Click the contact’s mobile number to send them a one-time message.




To view the campaign associated with the keyword used to send the message, click the view icon next to the message.
