The Inbound Replies report is different than the Received Log in that it reflects inbound replies to a message that was sent using the INBOUND REPLY Advanced Message Option. The report will show a count of how many people have responded with each of your Interactive Reply options as well as show these results an illustrative bar chart. 

Note: The Inbound Replies Report only tracks incoming replies from campaigns. It does not track incoming replies from blasts.

To access the Inbound Replies report, click Reports from the platform menu, then click Inbound Replies.

The report can be filtered by date range and keyword.
