The Received Log is a great place to start when looking for incoming replies to your texts, the keywords they were submitted to and their source. These received messages include but are not limited to opt-ins, opt outs, and replies to double opt-in and age verification filters. 

To access the Received Log, click Reports from the platform menu, then click Received Log.

The log can be filtered by Date Range, Keyword, Message, Mobile Number, & Carrier.  

Click the contact’s mobile number to send them a one-time message.

To view the mobile campaign associated with the received message, click the view icon next to the message.
