Which file sizes & formats are needed to upload MMS Content? Print

ALL MMS content files sizes should be below 500kb:

Single images should be .jpg format, at least 640x480
Ringtone (aka audio files) should be .mp3 format for Android handsets and .m4r format for iOS
Videos should be .3gp format
Animated GIFs should be .gif format

Any file that exceeds 500kb and is not formatted as listed above will fail to upload.
