Where do I create and manage "We Miss You" texts? Print

There are various features that can be used to send messages to contacts that have not visited an establishment in awhile. The most common feature for "We Miss You" texts is referred to as Auto-Engagement.

Each account has the option to send 2 types of Auto-Engage messages based on contact activity with the establishment's kiosk, Single Kiosk and Group Engage. The settings for each are explained in the articles listed below:

To access Group Engage Messages, click the Mobile Tools Menu > Digital Kiosk Wizard > then use the controls pictured below to manage kiosk groups and group engage messages

To access Single Kiosk Auto-Engage Messages, click the Mobile Tools Menu > Digital Kiosk Wizard > click the edit icon for the desired kiosk > then click the AUTO ENGAGE button to manage the messages.
