Updating a contact's loyalty points with the KCM (Kiosk Check-In Manager) is easy. Follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Sign in to the account.

Step 2 - Click the Mobile Tools menu.

Step 3 - Click Digital Kiosk Wizard.

Step 4 - Click the Edit icon for the desired kiosk.

Step 5 - Locate and click the KCM/Waitlist button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. If a KCM has not yet been created for the kiosk, click the CREATE KIOSK CHECK-IN MANAGER button.

Step 6 - Click the Manage Staff Tab and take note of the PIN.

Step 7 - Click the Check-in Manager Tab and then click the Launch KCM button. A PIN pad will appear. 

Step 8 - Enter the PIN.

Step 9 - Locate the search field and enter the mobile number that needs to be updated, then click the SEARCH button. The contact's profile will appear. 

Step 10 - Locate and use the + button to increase or use the - button decrease their loyalty accordingly and then click the SAVE UPDATE button. 

Step 11- If more contacts need updating, click the HOME button at the top of the page to return to the check-ins list and repeat steps 9-11 until complete. Otherwise click the LOCK button to log-out of the KCM
