If someone accidentally opts out of your mobile campaign, they can easily opt back in by doing one of the following:

  • Texting a Keyword: Tell them to text in your mobile keyword to the short code or long code you are using. This will opt them back in to your mobile campaign.

  • Use a Web Form: If you are using web forms, the contact can re-enter their information onto the web form to opt back in to your mobile campaign.

  • Use "OPT-IN" Link on Mobile Campaigns page: From within the platform, you can manually opt a contact back in to your mobile campaign.

* Digital Kiosk Entry: Please note that re-entering a mobile number on the kiosk that has previously opted out will not opt that person back in to the mobile campaign. This is designed to allow contacts to opt out of mobile alerts while still participating in loyalty programs on the kiosk.
