The blast filter that protects accounts from sending prohibited content simply recognizes terms. Some terms it looks for are used with benign intent for allowed purposes. If a message is being blocked by the filter, review the list of terms below to identify the culprit and revise it in the message accordingly. 

If an account is not cannabis or CBD related but will often send messages containing terms that are prohibited, the support team can grant an exemption. Please contact support about the terms that are triggering the filter and a request an exemption for the specific account.

The following list was compiled by the support team and does NOT represent the actual list used by the carriers for spam filtering of cannabis and CBD content.  We may modify this list from time to time. Please note that the carriers prohibit any cannabis or CBD related content on their networks.
