MMS positioning is largely a consequence of the OS (operating system). 

Apple does not allow for forcing the positioning of the MMS Content. So, with iPhones, the positioning of MMS content can be random. 

Androids do allow forced positioning, and the system force positioning for MMS Content to appear at the top.
