A PC's Command Prompt (CMD) can be used to test a connection to the FTP Folder Path, as well as drop the CSV file for use with Drop & Go.  

Follow the steps below to use the CMD Prompt to test an FTP connection, and optionally drop a CSV file to Drop & Go:  

Step 1.

Open the CMD Prompt on the PC, type in ftp mobilesecuregateway.com then press ENTER.

Step 2.

Type in the Drop & Go Username then press ENTER.

Step 3.

Type in the Drop & Go Password  then press ENTER. If a connection has been confirmed, the CMD prompt will display the Username that has been logged in.

Note: The Drop & Go password will not be visible when typed.   

(Optional) Step 4.

To drop a CSV to Drop & Go, type put followed by a space then "folder path to the CSV file on the PC" , then press ENTER. If a file was ported to the account's Drop & Go system correctly, the CMD prompt will display that the command was successful.
