The time delay is ONLY available on mobile campaign interactive messages. This option applies a delay on the sending of the selected message by seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks and months. For example, accounts may wish to send a message one day after someone opts in. If this is the case, simply add a 1 day delay to the interactive message. 




Step 1.

Click the Time Delay icon and check mark the box to activate the option.




Step 2.

Select a Delay Increment.


 


Step 3.

Select a Delay Amount.




Step 4.

OPTIONAL - Use the Smart Filter drop down menu to select additional delivery parameters.




NoteThe Smart Filter is there to help prevent the system from sending messages at an unreasonable time of day. When selecting a smart filter, consider how the chosen delay increment and delay amount will deliver messages to early and late opt-ins.
