Table of Contents



Step 1.

Click Mobile Tools from the main menu, then click Mobile Coupons.




Step 2.

Click the New Mobile Coupon button. (If you’ve already created a coupon, go to step 4)




Step 3.

Enter a name and description for your coupon. Your description should include the offer, the expiration date, and any other relevant information that you would like to display when the coupon is redeemed. An alert will display when you click Create Coupon letting you know your coupon has been created. Close the popup to proceed.

Step 4.

Locate your coupon in the available list and click on the View/Edit icon to create your coupon codes.




Step 5.

If this is your first time creating coupon codes for the selected coupon, the right-hand side of the screen that lists Coupon Codes will display a message stating:

Step 6.

Click the + to expand the Coupon Code Generator menu on the left-hand side of the page. 



Here you will be able to:

1) Add a coupon code manually. 

2) Create random coupon codes. 

3) Import coupon codes from an existing .csv file.

ADD A COUPON CODE MANUALLY - 



  • Use the field provided to enter a coupon code then click the Create button.

CREATE RANDOM COUPON CODES - 





Step 1.

Select the option that best fits your needs:


1) 6-digit Numbers - Produces a series of random number combinations



2) 6-digit Alphanumeric - Produces a series of random letter and number combinations.


3) Custom - Allows you to define the formatting of your coupon codes. Use a "#" symbol for a number variable and an "@" symbol for a letter variable. An "&" symbol will be a wildcard for letters or numbers. For example, using - "CPN##&" will create a coupon code such as "CPN23L"


Step 2.

Use the field provided to enter the number of codes you would like to generate.


Step 3.

Click the Create button to generate your Random Coupon Codes.

IMPORT COUPON CODES - 




Step 1.

Click the browse button to locate & select your CSV file the Import button.


Step 2.

Use the Map to Coupon Database Fields drop-down menu to map your import to Coupon Codes, then click the Merge Data Fields button.




Step 3.

Review the imported codes and click the Save Codes button to complete the import. 



Once you create your Manual, Random, Custom, or Imported codes you will see your coupon codes populate in the system. The system tracks and lists views, coupon codes, issued date, issued module, mobile number, and redemption module. The system will also calculate your redemption rate on the top right corner of each coupon page.

Set Out Of Coupons & Expired Coupon Text Messages - 

After you've created your codes, please click the + to expand the Coupon Details Menu.  




Step 1.

Locate the Out of Coupons Text Message section and specify an alternate message to be used when all the coupons have been issued.




Step 2. 

Click the Update button to save your changes.




Optional Step 3.

  • Fixed Expiration Date - If your coupon has a fixed expiration date (ex: 2/14/2019), then checkmark the box next to Valid Until Fixed Date, select your expiration date and time, and enter an Expired Coupon Text Message to be used when your coupon has expired.




  • Dynamic Expiration Date - If your coupon has a dynamic expiration date (ex: expires 7 days from issue), then leave the box next to Valid Until Fixed Date empty, use the drop-down menu to select the desired days from issue, and choose a time of day.
